Every so often The L Word Online
would like to sponsor a different charity. As a general rule we will try
to make them lesser known charities that we have found out about, charities we
donate to, and causes that we would like to bring to the attention of a wider
audience. We will provide a link that you may use to donate to that
charity as well and information for you to find out more about each cause.
We Care 4 Your Community
We Care 4 Your Community is an independent community-based organization that
assists those in need by providing necessities and other provisions to those
that desperately need it. We are a small group that urgently requires additional
support of community members as well as local businesses in order to fulfill our
goals and potential.
We accept financial donations as well as second hand items (clothing, household
items, toys, books, etc.). We give these items to people in transition homes,
shelters, as well as families in need. We are always in need of volunteers,
anyone at all willing to dedicate some time.
