Erin Daniels plays "Dana
Fairbanks" - a professional tennis player who is trying hard to keep her
personal life away from her professional life. Dana's constant struggle to
stay in the closet, however, causes friction in her relationships with those
around her. Dana has a tendency to use sarcasm as a defence mechanism.
Erin Daniels graduated from Vassar College and moved to New York to pursue a
career in entertainment. She began doing theatre, appearing in several
off-Broadway productions including, "Stars". She soon began landing
guest-star roles in NY based shows such as "Law & Order" and "Dellaventura".
Soon after she moved to Los Angeles and booked a recurring role on the
controversial comedy, "Action", which was followed by more guest-starring
roles on popular series such as "The Outer Limits", "Philly", and "Jack &
Jill". In addition to her television work, Daniels has also appeared in the
films "House of 1,000 Corpses" and "One Hour Photo".
Daniels won the 2002 Emerging Actor Award at the St. Louis International
Film Festival and appeared in the August 2001 (Vol. 1, Iss. 9, pg. 16) of
RAZOR magazine.
