Alice - The point is we're all connected, through love, through loneliness, through one lamentable lapse in judgement... All of us. We reach out from the darkness, from the alienation of modern life to form these connections. I think it's a really profound statement about the nature of human existence. [Silence] All right. I could just do a piece on vaginal rejuvenation.

Bette - Don't think, because I would love to make a baby with you... in our home... in our bed... just you and me.

Dana - I didn't order this.
waiter - Yeah I know. They're from her. Lara Perkins, our sous chef.
Dana - Soup chef?
Waiter - Yeah... right.

Lacey - The four "F"s. She finds them, feels them, fucks them and forgets them!

Alice - Dana, most girls are straight until they're not.

Dana - That is my problem OK, I don't feel the flow. That thing? Well I don't got it.
Alice - You don't have gaydar.
Dana - No!
Alice - You're so right, you don't have it.
Shane - No everyone's got it, you just have to tune in.

Shane - Dana, I'm impressed. You're into someone and you want to know whether or not they're down
Dana - She's down?
Alice - Whether she plays for our team. The gay team.
Dana - Wait, don't the bisexuals have their own team?

Bette - Don't be grossed out. We have to honour it. [To the sperm] We honour you.
Tina - We honour you. All seventy five million of you...

Shane - [Looks at the chart] Look at me, I'm the centre of the universe.

Alice - What's the name of your little cook?
Dana - Lara Perkins. L-A-R-A Perkins.
Alice - OK.
Dana - She's the soup chef.
Alice - A sous chef? Like an assistant chef?
Dana - Oh yeah.
Alice - Sous chef?
Dana - Yeah. That's totally what she is. [mouths to herself] Sous chef.

Alice - Well, we might as well start with Shane.
Shane - Why must you do that?
Alice - Well, chances are if she sleeps with girls...
Shane - Dane, it totally wouldn't have meant anything.
Dana - That's comforting. Thanks.

Bette - we are going to take care of this.
Alice - You mean?
Bette - I mean.
Dana - What?
Bette - We are going to deploy a mission to ascertain the disposition and intent of one miss Lara Perkins...

Dana - Maybe she's a different kind of lesbian?
Alice - Yeah, the straight kind.

Bette - Don't worry Dana - there are plenty more fish in the sea
Alice - Gay fish.

Bette - Why is it so important for you to believe that everyone is sleeping with everyone else?
Alice - Because they are.

Alice [About gabby] Did you see those boots? Hot hot HOT!
Shane - Alice you get with her and I'll kill you. She'll step all over your dignity in those boots.

Marina - Are you happy?
Jenny - Don't ask me that.

Lara - [After kissing Dana] Just in case you were still wondering...
